A person reads it, not a system. If it concerns a particular framework, programme or the Observatory, it is routed to the group doing that work. Quote the reference in any correspondence about it, including a request to erase it.
What this form holds

The five fields above, and the version of the privacy notice you consented to. Nothing else: no cookie, no tracker, no analytics identifier, and no record of the address you sent from beyond the abuse check every request already receives. The record is held on a database in the Asia-Pacific region, read by the officer assessing it, and erased twelve months from now, or sooner if you ask at the channel in the notice.
