Conclave, Chapter 01: what is confirmed
The first chapter of the DPDPA Leadership Conclave is set for Mumbai on 17 October 2026. This note records what is settled and what is not.
The Forum convenes the DPDPA Leadership Conclave as a chapter series: one city, one room and one agenda at a time. Chapter 01 will be held in Mumbai on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 10:30 am to 2:45 pm IST, at the Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. The Bombay Stock Exchange is the location of the chapter. It is not a host, a partner or an endorser of it.
The format
One day. One statute. One room of the people accountable for making it work. The chapter is a half-day of moderated, practitioner-level argument between officers, counsel, security leaders and researchers, on the questions the frameworks have not yet settled. There is no keynote theatre and there are no product pitches on stage.
What is not yet announced
The programme and the speakers are published only once confirmed, and nothing about the chapter is announced for effect. The register on the chapter page is updated the day a fact is settled, and not a day earlier.
Institutional support
The Forum is an independent Section 8 non-profit. Organisations that support a chapter are institutional supporters of the convening; they do not sponsor its content, and the agenda is not for sale. Support is acknowledged on the chapter’s own surfaces and nowhere in the Forum’s standards, governance or research.
